WAEC 2020 Result for WASSCE Candidates who wrote in Aug/Sept


This page is for WASSCE 2020 Candidates who wrote exam in August/September and are waiting for the  WAEC result. We will you when the result will be released and how to check it when it comes out. We will also answer your questions if you have any.

Latest Update: According to WAEC Management, the 2020 WAEC Result for candidates who wrote the WASSCE in August/September will BE RELEASED on Monday 2nd November 2020 by 10:30am.

WAEC made this known to the public through their official twitter handle.

As soon as the results are out, we will surely update this page.

How to Check WAEC Result Online.

You don’t need to buy any scratch card to check your 2020 WASSCE result.

The result checker pin and serial number needed by candidates to check results online are contained on candidate’s smart identity card used during the conduct of the examination.

  1. Go to WAEC result checking portal at www.waecdirect.org.
  2. Enter your WASSCE Examination Number in the required column.
  3. Select your Examination Year i.e. 2020.
  4. Select your Examination Type i.e. SCHOOL CANDIDATE RESULT.
  5. Enter the Card Serial Number.
  6. Enter the Card PIN.
  7. Finally, click “Submit” button to get your Result.

  1. Error message displayed
  2. Your examination number
  3. Type of Exam
  4. Year of Exam.
